You will be given a training period of two years, during which period you will be exposed to various areas of Banking. As a Trainee Bank Associate, you will be expected to demonstrate a very positive and high aptitude in your work
Training will be in line with work relating to clerical duties. The specific job role could vary, depending on the Branch/ Department the candidate is assigned
Candidates should have obtained minimum of one Credit (C) pass and two Simple (S) passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination | G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, minimum of five Credit passes including an “A” pass either for Mathematics or English (with not less than a “C” pass for both subjects) obtained in one and the same sitting | A partly completed Professional/ Academic qualification offered by a recognized institute will be an advantage | Candidates who possess previous work experience/ internships from banks will have a distinct advantage
